Localization of content in 160 countries

In the luxury sector, semantic localization is crucial to ensure that each message resonates with consumers in an authentic and cultural way. For a group of brands operating in numerous markets, maintaining this consistency while optimizing costs and deadlines is a constant challenge. AI has opened up new perspectives, speeding up processes and improving the quality and cultural relevance of content.

The Challenge

Our client, a major player in the world of perfumery, wanted to accelerate the launch of its online product pages in the US and UK markets, guaranteeing enhanced product sheets that comply with e-retailer guidelines (Sephora, Boots, Douglas, etc.) and are optimized with strategic keywords to ensure positioning at the top of the results, increasing visibility and sales, while maintaining impeccable quality standards.

Here are the main issues we had to address:

Reducing production times

Accelerating the creation and localization of product pages for faster launches.

Maintaining quality

Preserving brand integrity at every stage, despite AI-driven automation.

Cost reduction

Automating without compromising quality.

Scalability

Rapidly increasing production volumes while ensuring global cultural consistency.

Multi-brand roll-out

Expanding the solution to all the Group’s sub-brands.

Our response

We designed a bespoke workflow combining AI and human expertise to meet these challenges, while respecting the customer’s need for accuracy and cultural relevance.

1. Think

Based on our client’s specific needs—their target markets, consumer touchpoints and technology ecosystem—we designed a bespoke model that ensures both speed of production (copywriting), content quality, and cost optimization through SEO optimization and a clear content deployment strategy.

2. Shape

We shaped this model by combining seven AI assistants with adapted technologies, such as ChatGPT and our exclusive LangTrust tool, with the expertise of multicultural humans to ensure smooth execution at scale and seamless language adaptation. This minimizes the potential cultural bias that can be associated with the production of AI content, ensuring that each message remains relevant and respectful of local cultural specificities.

3. Deliver

We activated this adaptation model and continually optimized it for rapid delivery and improved cultural adaptation, facilitating an effective scale-up across all the Group’s markets. The combination of AI, human processes and machine translation tools guarantees sustainable SEO on a large scale while ensuring creative copywriting for product pages.

Operational deployment process

The process includes information gathering, content production (copywriting) of content via AI and human validation, final delivery in line with requirements, integration into the PIM, and ongoing optimization using a translation memory to maximize the effectiveness of future campaigns, taking into account SEO criteria.
